"It's uncomfortable to have a golden hoop on my head. I didn't understand it when I was a child, but when I grew up, I finally understood the taste of being restricted." The customer said.
I was curious: "Why?"
It turned out that the "golden hoop" mentioned by the customer refers to the password lock of the SLA 3D printer of another brand that he had used before. The customer said that he purchased the machine, but he still had to ask the brand for the software password every month, otherwise, he could not modify the printing parameters and could only print specific resins.
Resins with better performance could not be used, and resins with cheaper prices could not be used, too. The customer always felt that he was restricted by the brand in every way, and the machine was extremely inconvenient to use.
Later, after the customer explored the printers on the market, he replaced the printer with our SL600, and he also took off his "golden hoop". Magforms SL600 adopts open-source material design, and customers can change resins at will according to their usage until they find the most suitable one.
In addition, the customer also likes the platform with support brackets. In the past, there was always a lot of resin left on the models printed by customers, which took a lot of time to clean and would waste resin and cleaning agents. SL600 can use two brackets on both sides to support the platform so that the excess liquid resin can flow back into the resin vat.
Received good reviews from the customer, this gives me more motivation to develop better products and provide customers with better services.
