If the printer broke down, it could not be produced, and it would cost money to replace the broken parts, causing a lot of losses. However, the customer said that he had used our P10 for more than half a year and had only replaced the screen once.
On the one hand, as the customer said, our P10 is made of good materials. P10 is equipped with industrial P-grade high-precision double guide rails and industrial-grade screws, which not only makes the Z-axis parallel walking accuracy reach 0.007mm but also makes it less likely to be damaged. In terms of heat dissipation, we use copper tube wind-force heat dissipation, which has higher heat dissipation efficiency than aluminum alloy radiators and reduces the possibility of damage to lamp beads and screens.
On the other hand, we also use some ingenious designs to reduce the burden on equipment components. The P10 build platform is equipped with multiple pressure relief holes, which can effectively reduce the pressure of the resin on the build platform, improve printing fluency, reduce the load on the motor and Z axis, and extend the service life of the motor and Z axis.
