SL600: Constant temperature function

Magforms, SL600, Constant temperature
Yesterday afternoon, I received a request for help from a Southeast Asian customer: My resin has become damp and thickened. What should I do when the printing always fails?
The weather has been humid recently, but the customer did not do a good job of moisture-proofing, resulting in many resins being damp. When the resin absorbs moisture, the moisture will react with the resin molecules, causing the molecular chain structure of the resin to change, resulting in the resin becoming thicker. The thickened resin has increased viscosity and cannot flow effectively in the liquid resin vat, thus affecting the printing quality.
At that time, our advice to the customer was to enable the constant temperature function of SL600. Just set a suitable temperature on the control screen in the upper right corner of SL600, and then turn on the heating switch to heat the print bed to that temperature, which can keep the temperature and humidity constant during the printing process. After heating, the thermal motion of the resin molecules can be increased, and the intermolecular forces can be weakened, thereby reducing the viscosity of the resin, improving its fluidity, and thus improving the printing quality and printing success rate.
This morning at work, I received another message from the customer: "Thank you! Printing is fine! This function is great!"
We are thrilled that the problem was successfully solved. We hope that our customer will make good use of the constant temperature function to avoid the resin getting wet again.
