Looking before, the customer's printer did not have a heating system. Usually, it was no problem to print some low-viscosity resin, but as long as it printed sticky soft resin, problems emerged one after another. Soft resin models cannot be firmly adhered to the build platform and often fall off during printing. Even if sometimes the print is successful, the model quality is terrible.
However, the Magforms P13 printer has solved the problem of customers not being able to print soft resin with its dual heating system. When printing sticky soft resin, customers can turn on the P13's dual heating system through the heating switch on the right side of the touchscreen.
After the dual heating system is turned on, the heating modules on the left and right sides of the back of the P13 can heat the print bed to a suitable temperature in a very short time, promote the adhesion of soft resin to the printing base, and prevent them from falling off. By maintaining the proper temperature during printing, the viscosity of the soft resin can also be reduced, reducing or eliminating warping and cracking during printing, thereby obtaining more stable and precise printing results.
