Today, I received a contact from an old Eastern European customer saying he wanted to continue purchasing Magforms P13 3D printer.
The customer is engaged in the shoemaking industry and has used other printers to print shoe molds. However, the stability of those printers was not good, resulting in a poor experience. The length, width, and height of a regular-sized shoe mold are 291*108*41mm, but when the printers print to a height of 250mm, the printing precision begins to have something wrong. The texture of the printed shoe mold is not clear enough, and some sharp corners are not well at all.
The customer had to replace the printer after printing failed several times. After careful selection, the customer contacted us and said he was very interested in our P13 after seeing the promotional materials.
P13 does have many advantages in printing shoe molds. First of all, the printing size of P13 is 277*156*350mm, and it can print six regular-sized shoe molds at one time. Secondly, the printing speed of P13 is fast. With a printing layer thickness of 0.2mm, a 300mm height model can be printed in 3 hours and 15 minutes. What's more, the most important thing is that P13 has good stability and a high success rate in printing models.
In terms of equipment stability, we have worked hard. To reduce the vibration of the printer and the generation of water ripples during the printing process, we especially adopt an all-metal structure. Therefore, the P13 weighs 58kg and is extremely stable during printing. The P13 uses an industrial-grade high-precision screw, and the Z-axis runs very stably. Matching the screw is an industrial P-grade double linear guide with a walking parallel accuracy of 7 μm. The two work together to make P13 printing more stable and less likely to damage models.
After further communication with us, the customer was particularly appreciative of the P13. Then we sent him a few shoe samples printed by P13, he immediately decided to possess it!
After actual use, the customer still feels that the P13 is outstanding, so he contacted us today to continue purchasing. If you are also looking for a 3D printer with good stability and a high success rate, you might look at Magforms P13. It will never let you down!
