High-Precision 3D Printing Made Simple with the P13 Pro
In the field of 3D printing, high-precision requirements are often a major challenge. A customer’s studio recently received an order for high-precision component models. Still, due to the limitations of their existing printer, the prints came out with blurred details and components that could not fit together accurately. As a result, the order had to be transferred to another manufacturer.
To retain clients, the customer conducted multiple comparisons and discovered our P13 Pro 3D Printer. This device is equipped with an industrial-grade matrix light source of 91 imported LEDs, delivering uniform light and high collimation for more accurate curing. Its print success rate and precision surpass those of similar products. Additionally, it incorporates image processing technology to optimize XY pixels through grayscale management, achieving a resolution of 13 μm. For 100mm sample parts, dimensional errors can be controlled within 0.05mm, making it fully capable of handling complex and detailed printing needs.
