Traditional LCD printing relies on black-and-white voxel control. The P10 pushes this further, with a minimum voxel size of 29.7 µm × 29.7 µm × 10 µm, which makes layer lines barely visible, even on sloped surfaces. The real differentiator, however, is its grayscale algorithm.
By adjusting pixel brightness based on grayscale-to-resin curing relationships, the P10 controls voxel size with high precision. This boosts resolution to 14.85µm and significantly enhances gradient smoothness and texture detail.
After learning the technology and seeing the workflow firsthand, the customer purchased a P10 for testing. The results exceeded expectations—prints were a hit with clients. Three more units were ordered soon after, and further collaboration is already underway.
If print resolution is holding back your figurine work, the Magforms P10 could be the upgrade you’ve been waiting for.
